Many of us are heeding the warnings to stay home in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus however I can’t help but notice all of the unhealthy choices people are making at home.

I guess it’s time to make it official and announce that I will be putting my racing on hold for a year. I made the decision before the start of the 2018 Cyclocross season.

Last year we had to take a break from hosting this amazing camp but it's back for 2019 and we can't wait!
The camp will begin on Wednesday, June 26th with group introductions and a team building activity once everyone is settled into the team house.
